The wine Timbrus Polifonia Note #1 is an original assemblage, combining the inspiration and Moldovan winemaking traditions. Resembling musical polyphony, the wine Timbrus Polifonia combines perfectly epochal traditions, freedom of thought and depth of the art of its author.

Terroir – Purcari, the Republic of Moldova.
Grapes – Merlot 47%, Fetească Neagră 46%, Saperavi 7%. Manually harvested.
Color – intense, dark pomegranate.
Aroma – complex, with the notes of prunes, bilberry and black-current.
Taste – intense, fresh and well structured, it opens up notes of fruits and berries.
Aftertaste – harmonious with the notes of plums and wild berries, and mild tannins.
Pairing – red meat dishes, roasted vegetables, smoked meat products, ripened cheese.
